EES 于1976年在德國(guó)的巴克南建立，建立之初，主要生產(chǎn)故障報(bào)警器，用于發(fā)電和配電設(shè)施的監(jiān)控。

在90年代初，另一個(gè)帶有2線傳輸系統(tǒng)的活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域被建立，用于信息和指令。
